  • Invoice, proof of purchase need to be identifiable of the following info

    • Vendor’s Name
    • Purchase Date
    • Complete MSI product name
    • Invoice number or order number: Please attach invoice or proof of purchase if you have them
Product barcode

  • Please comply with the following rules

    • Must provide serial number picture on the product itself (Not on the colox box)
    • If you provide a paper invoice, please confirm that the date of purchase/purchased item/compilation is indicated on the invoice, and a photo of the product color box is attached.
